Bromwich Insurance Company Profile

The Company was formed in 1966 in Carters Green, West Bromwich where today it's Head Office is based, albeit not in the same building. Originally the business was a family run concern dealing primarily in motor insurance, which still is its core product. Although no longer run by its founders the Company still retains the services of some highly experienced and qualified staff who have been with the Company well over two decades.

This does not mean time has stood still, driven by its Managing Director the Company has embraced all the latest computer technology.It has ensured that it has kept abreast of the latest innovations and developments in the insurance industry. This is achieved through its membership of focus and user groups allied to its close affiliation with the Lloyds marketplace and its working relationships with the country's leading independent insurers.

Staff are trained to listen to the requirements of the customer and to tailor the right policy for their particular requirements. Training is an on going part of the Company's development, with an approach that encourages the staff to enjoy their time at work and to focus totally on the customer by making the workplace a happy environment.

Over the passage of time the Company has established six branches throughout the "Black Country" it has also purchased other brokerages, which have been absorbed into the group. Experienced, and enthusiastic managers run the branches. They offer a wide range of insurance products for both the private and commercial customer.

Branches will in general deal with members of the public who live in the immediate area and prefer the face to face contact when transacting business. Usually they are seeking some form of domestic insurance from car to household, from caravan to travel insurance. No matter what the problem Bromwich can usually provide the product, advice, or a route to a solution.

Complex or difficult insurance problems from the private customer to the commercial sector with poor claims history, driving convictions, lifestyle or product problems Bromwich will do its up most to provide an answer.

We as an independent intermediary are not tied to any one insurer or scheme; therefore we can search the marketplace and provide a whole range of quotations and policies from different suppliers.
